In my ART 112 class, we had to create an accordion book of some sort as long as it involve the theme of time.
I immediately knew i wanted to do something based around the idea of One Piece and how Luffy's crew came to be.
I thought of the ideas of how it long it took each member to join his crew and how they dedicated their loyalty to him.
Since there are 9 members of the crew, I wanted to have one panel, or page dedicated to each one, and since 9 is an odd number, I made an extra one to show the whole crew together, having a total of 10 pages.
From my research, carousel books were usually made up of 5 or 7, I decided to split the book up into two parts: Before the Grand Line and After the Grand Line.
